Geoff Pybas & Lisa Pybas
Geoff has been a part of the HomeChurch community since he received Jesus in 1996. That same year, he married his wife, Lisa. Together they have raised their three children, Asia, Elijah, and Zoe.
Geoff graduated from the Virginia Military Institute with a degree in history in 1996. He was commissioned as an officer in the U.S. Army where he served on active duty. After leaving the Army, Geoff worked in the pharmaceutical industry for 14 years holding various positions in sales, training, and management.
Over the years, he and Lisa served in multiple areas of the church as nursery workers, communion servers, small group leaders, outreach leaders, and advisory board members. Geoff served as executive pastor for more than seven years.
As lead pastor, Geoff’s passion is to encourage and equip the church to reach people for Jesus, as well as to serve and love the community of Broken Arrow.
Associate Pastor
Geof Jackson & Jan Jackson
Geof joined the HomeChurch community in December 1984. He was commissioned to create, administrate, and teach a school that would teach “Pastoral Ministry” to men and women who believed they were called to serve in a Local Church. The school continued until 2012, training over 700 in the areas of Biblical Doctrine, Music, Youth & Children’s Ministry, and Administration.
During that time and up to the present, Geof has also served as “Director” of the Pastoral Care ministry of the Church. In January 2021, Pastor Geoff appointed him as Associate Pastor of HomeChurch. He also teaches a Sunday morning Bible Study Group, and the Tuesday night HomeChurch Bible Class.
Geof is greatly assisted in his life and ministry by his wife of over 50 years, Jan. Together, they do all they can to be available to the congregation of HomeChurch. Jan is easily recognized by her joyful personality, and her ever-present lipstick. She “won’t leave home without it.”
Geof & Jan enjoy long drives to “nowhere” destinations – its just about being together. Geof also is passionate about landscape and scenic photography.
Geof’s heart is to see Believer’s brought to maturity through understanding the Scriptures, to worship enthusiastically the God of all wonder, and to pray passionately for God’s glory to be seen in the lives of His people.
Executive Pastor
Justin and Sarah Rivera
Justin became a member of the Homechurch family in August of 2017. He quickly began serving in kids ministry as a part of the sound team, then became a consistent leader in several other areas of kids. Justin married his amazing wife, Sarah, in June of 2018. Sarah has faithfully been a part of Homechurch since she was a baby. Justin and Sarah welcomed their first child, Elias, to the world in November 2022.
After graduating from Broken Arrow in 2013, Justin went on to pursue a degree in Marketing. He attended the University of Central Oklahoma for one year before transferring to Oklahoma State in 2014. Justin graduated from Oklahoma State (GO POKES!) in 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in marketing. Justin spent the next few years as a salesperson in the automotive industry and as a commercial sales rep. Justin joined the Homechurch staff as Executive Pastor in June of 2022.
Justin is a loyal and true fan of Oklahoma State football. He also enjoys anything outdoors (particularly hiking, camping, running, and golfing). Justin and Sarah have made it their goal to visit every national park in the United States.
Justin loves simply serving others. If he can do anything to help someone else succeed, he will do it.
